Early October 2023, Belgium once again fell in the prizes at the international gastronomic competition “Copa Jerez”. Sommelier “Gianluca di Taranto” managed to harmonise the distinct flavours of his chosen Sherry wines with the refined dishes of his teammate Chef Arnout Desmedt. They regularly work together for high-end catering under the name “A Cook & GDT”.
